Our bodies talk to us each and every day. They offer us hints and clues as to the inner and outer workings of the walking biology we call our body.
Sometimes these communications come in the form of sounds, feelings, colours and shapes. Our bodies yell and scream at us in acute conditions and grumble, mumble and moan when we do not listen to them over the course of the years.
With our ever increasing technology and medical advances, patients are no longer studied, poked, prodded, felt or smelt. Laboratory tests now give us the sterile answers we seek in language we do not understand.
When we listen and look closely at our bodies, we can begin to understand the subtleties and nuances which give us the vital information we need to understand ourselves and our health.
